Unfortunately, you are not asking the right questions. The pickup location was great with friendly and professional service. It's Uhaul that failed me. I made a reservation for a trailer at a specific pickup location. I am notified the day before my pickup the location did not have the equipment. I would be required an hour and a half round trip to pick up a trailer. If you allow a reservation, you NEED to have the equipment available. Had this location not had the equipment, I'm sure it be a 3 hour round trip. This is unacceptable!
