The man in Chandler was great. He was friendly, had a good sense of humor and was extremely helpful. What was not great was what led me to his location. I had to drive from Stillwater to Chandler because there was no truck for me in Stillwater regardless of the fact that I had been given a confirmation number and was seriously led to believe that if I changed from a 20-foot truck to a 26-foot truck I would not have a problem. I agreed to do so, thinking I was pre-empting a potential problem. This was not the case and I had to drive to Chandler, at least 45 minutes away. That part of the experience has definitely soured me on the use of U-Haul when I have a need for a truck in the future. I will try all other options first.

If you don't have large signs out side then someone needs to be escort director outside finding what customer needs. I had to drive all over lot, using up gas and my miles for them to call me and tell me I went past the specific dolly assigned to me. Frustrating in the heat. And then trying to see my cell phone In the sun to take pics is all wrong. Customer escort should be outside with me taking pics and processing me out. If I was familiar with how yall do stuff it may have been less Hassel. I'm not familiar to the setup around your building so better signage outside or a escort. Put numbers on the outside wall than office personnel can say go to bay 3 and that's where your car dolly is. No pointing out side from the desk. it's useless for me
