DAVID ZCustomer service was horrible. Front desk person did not show me or even ask if I knew how to work equipment. It was parked far away which I had to walk to in the excessive heat. Also, didn’t go over mileage, gas information or even do a view of equipment before I got it from them. They said they have pics of the last check in so they will base it off those. Which i find to be odd because any other U-Haul place has gone over the vehicle with me before I drive off with their vehicle.
ERIN HI returned d equipment before time around 4pm. Dropped keys in box, but $20 was charged extra
