7am pick up Difficulty picking up vehicle, remote pick up not user friendly

patrick SCould not get any internet service in the lot where I dropped off the van, so was not sure if the return went through. Had to call the next morning to make sure. I would recommend better Wi-Fi service in lot.
Lisa RStaff was helpful and friendly. Online was simple and clear. Location was super convenient for me and pricing was reasonable. Made my move stress free for that part of it.
