The staff were incredibly rude and the office is a complete mess with piles of paper everywhere. I had an 8:00am reservation and had not received any instructions via email or text on how to get the key out of the box. I will never be going back there.

TYRELL EWe opted for in person check-in, when we arrived the store was closed, not opened on time for short staffed! We wasted an hour trying to switch to a mobile pickup. No one still showed up even during the hour that we were there. no follow-up calls.
