Even though the hours were listed, the door was locked. There was a sign on the drop box that said to call this phone number to let us know you are leaving your keys. No one answered my phone call the first time. Called back and the woman was not helpful/really rude and then hung up on us. My husband called back, and again, we were hung up on. I just dropped the keys and figured if I had to call UHaul to resolve anything I would, but I didn't like leaving the truck without any kind of confirmation.
