It shouldn't take upwards of 45 mins to check out (get) the vehicle. The business, which advertises it opens at 8am, wasn't opened any portion of the 45 minutes were there trying to pick up the vehicle. I waited at least 30 minutes for an agent to join the chat. No one ever did.

Everything was okay with the location. The Uhaul truck itself had some issues. The gas pedal and brake were unresponsive and required a lot of pressure to operate. After starting up the vehicle and putting it into drive at one point, it wanted to rev into reverse rather than drive. The brake pedal had to be pushed extremely hard to keep it from rolling back into the van behind it.
