I’m disappointed with this experience. The car had a bad smell, which made the trip uncomfortable. I only traveled about 15 miles, yet I was charged $23.00 for 4 gallons of gas. The fuel charge seems excessive for such a short distance. I hope the company reviews both the vehicle’s cleanliness and the accuracy of its fuel charges.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was double charged for the hold on my credit card. Work to eliminate such occurrences.
Michelle BThe location is kind of far out, but it had plenty of customer parking, easy pick up and return, rental was clean and in good condition.
Kristine GI've rented 4 uhaul trucks in the last 60 days. The first 3 were clean and presented right outside the locations door. This truck was approximately 2.5 blocks away and I had to walk to get it. Two people were working and could have moved the truck to a closer location as other trucks were parked just outside the front door. Now for the condition of what I picked up. The cabin area of the truck was filthy. Trash, empty candy wrappers, empty food containers in the doors, potato chips everywhere and so on.
MARK HI recommend that the 6x12 trailer have a frame trailer jack. It was very difficult unloading the trailer by myself... the location was closed at 230pm on Sunday..
