Everything was great, and the team in the store were fast, efficient, and friendly. Just really simple process, well-organized, and no hassle operations. Very much appreciated. The only thing I would tend to bitch about, is the "on-line" after hours check-in / return vehicle process (taking pictures, etc. -- just a rigamarole that I at least was not going to do) and internet exercise. I just skipped this and checked in with the team at the store the next day, and all was good. I'm just saying that that last step of "checking in/returning the vehicle" is NOT well thought out or likely even necessary. Regardless -- thanks for listening.

Excellent customer service, when had to extend rental

ALAN LThe location first off, was very conveniently located near my home. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. There was a little mixup at the beginning of my rental experience where the previous renter of the van I was renting forgot to return the key the previous evening (obviously to no fault of the staff) and one of the staff members had to retrieve the key. This put me a little behind schedule, but the staff apologized profusely and got the key into my possession soon afterwards. All in all, even with the inconveniences, the staff were still helpful and I will use this location again in the future. Thanks a ton!
