Trailer had straw in it when I picked it up
JAMES WI will never recommend this place they are beyond unprofessional and liars & stealers . When I got the U-Haul it was barely at the half line I put in as much gas as I received when I got there she manually put the gas charge … I explained that the U-Haul wasn’t at the line she wanted me to fill it to. To avoid extra charges I took the U-Haul to a gas station filled it up past the line she also added in the extra miles I had to go add more gas and still tried to charge the gas fee until I corrected her which she then seem h u past that I caught on to it I will be disputing the charge

DAVID LNo clear drop off location. Owner came up on a tractor to tell me they did not accept after hour drop offs of trailers, after I’d already unhooked and parked the unit. She was rude!
