The location was fine. However, the electronic / app reservation, check out, and check in process was horrible. And I felt ripped off by the final fee. But that is all at the corporate level, not the location level.

I had a very good experience. The owners at this location are fantastic. My only complaint is that the U-Haul app would not upload my photos upon check out, and that was frustrating.
Kristen BI left the blankets in a pile in the truck and was charged $25 for not folding them and I turned the truck in with slightly more gas then when I received it and was charged $4.50 for fuel. Both were really irritating. The blankets were apparently in the contract but the fuel was just an unauthorized money grab.
CHARLES HDid not realize that you charge for returning a truck after hours. 24 hr. return is advertised but you are not warned that you will be charged for returning the truck..
