Woman who assisted me was pleasant and helpful
JOHN Si was struggling parking the trailer. a staff member approached and asked i'd like her to guide me or would i like her to park the trailer. she of course was able to park it within a minute or so.

NOEL JDriver side window did not fully roll up, and the wrong accessories were added. We got furniture pads which we didn’t need and did not receive the appliance dolly we were charged for.
