He did not come out to help me with the trailer or with a place to put it.
TOLLIE EBe honest and don’t steal from customers. I brought the truck back with more gas than it had when I picked it up and still got charged a fuel fee. It wa on empty when I picked it up and returned it with 1/4. The mileage that U-Haul said I'm drove was double what I actually traveled. I drove 38 miles and was charged for 72. I will never use U-Haul again and will warn everyone I know about heir deceptive practices.
