Everything was perfect!
Michael MI called to reserve a trailer and was told by the woman on the phone that I already had it. She gave me a rate and said I would pick it up around 2:00. When I arrived at 2:00, the office was closed, and no one answered the phone. Thank God for the area service manager who pulled up to work on a trailer. He helped me on his iPad to get me a trailer. I was moving; if it were not for him, I would have missed my movers and not gotten out of my home for the closing. He deserves a raise. The owner of the rentals needs to have their U-Haul privileges revoked.
Thomas WThe office was closed but we were able to pick up our truck using the online check in. The problem was the truck’s key and our rental equipment was locked inside the closed office. We were on a time crunch since we were meeting movers we hired. We had to wash the windows so we could see.
