The mobile pickup was troublesome. Would recommend a location with an open office and normal parking lot ( not dirt) instead of here. App did not work well for me. Truck floor was dirty, we spent 20 minutes plus cleaning it. Truck ran fine.

Personnel were not present at time of drop-off. The U-Haul App was used - which was great and simple to use. Fortunately I am capable of backing, disconnecting and blocking a trailer. Contract was left in the drop-off box. No problems.

Donald SThe only complaint I have was the lock on the truck. The back of the truck was not well lit. It took too long to get the code lined up because of that. I had to pull my car behind the truck and use my high beams in order to get the code right.
