The office was closed but we were able to pick up our truck using the online check in. The problem was the truck’s key and our rental equipment was locked inside the closed office. We were on a time crunch since we were meeting movers we hired. We had to wash the windows so we could see.

Kevin SThis was a fantastic experience renting from this location. The gentleman that we got the keys from was very nice. The equipment was clean and it was easy to pull out of their parking area. It all went very smoothly to pick up the equipment and with his pleasant personality, it made that part of our move easy and not stressful.
KRISTY SSlight hitch at drop off, return was not documented and I had to provide U-Haul drop off info by email.
