We did drop off on Saturday as they were closed so we didn’t talk to anybody. I do appreciate them filling the gas tank to have full, but I do not appreciate having to pay for four days of the U-Haul because they were closed on Saturday and Sunday. We turned it in on Saturday, I only needed it for two days. I should get a partial refund.

Destiny was awesome to work with! First truck had an unreported check engine light, I called her, she said bring it back and had another waiting on me when I got there. Very friendly! Would definitely use them again!
James RMy reserved equipment was not available. The dealer could not find another dealer who could provide the missing items. They were able to find the appliance dolly by calling another store.
