I rented a 15 ft. Truck. The 15ft truck had mechanical issues. The man at the Chapin SC location told me that I could have a 20ft truck for the same price as the 15ft. That did not happen! I was also told to call U-HAUL and they would change the rate to a 15ft truck. Why did he not put in the price at the Chapin Location? Please fix this problem. My cell# is 203-260-0618.

No one was there so I can not rate this location
DAWN CThe mobile pickup was troublesome. Would recommend a location with an open office and normal parking lot ( not dirt) instead of here. App did not work well for me. Truck floor was dirty, we spent 20 minutes plus cleaning it. Truck ran fine.
James APersonnel were not present at time of drop-off. The U-Haul App was used - which was great and simple to use. Fortunately I am capable of backing, disconnecting and blocking a trailer. Contract was left in the drop-off box. No problems.
