The process of actually getting the truck was HORRIBLE! I kept getting shut out as I was finishing the mobile registration when picking up the truck! It took over an hour to have access to the vehicle. Meanwhile we waisted 3 people’s time who were waiting to help us move! There is no one in the office past noon to assist. I had registered most of the information when I reserved the truck. There should have been no need to do it again! And why ask to have information put into the system that is on the driver’s license? Another waist of time. Actually I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. It was close to our house which made it desirable. But the experience was a nightmare!
