First l scheduled a pick up from another location at 3325 LEONARDTOWN RD, WALDORF, MD 20601 I waited at this location from 8:00 am until 9:10 am Nobody opened the place then l had to call U-Haul 1800 number to find another place which might have the trailer that l need and they did. Overall except the part that l had to wait almost an hour everybody was very helpful and kind.

Arthur SI reserved a U-Haul, then received an email the night before saying my truck was unavailable and I could pick up a replacement 45 minutes away and return it an hour away. I rented a larger truck from a closer facility. At pick up the auto body location had no one available; I waited about an hour. Staff were polite but disconnected from online reservations. Online chat suggested using a drop box for keys, but the truck was in a locked back lot, so I couldn’t access it. I was delayed by an hour yet charged extra. Returning the truck at night felt unsafe on dark industrial street where I had to park my car.
