The I-haul agent had excellent customer service. The system was down, but they were able to improvise and allow me to rent the trailer I requested. Then they followed up when I returned it and explain the process on how they would bill me. Great job.

DALE HFirst they sent me to two locations because u haul meased up the reservation and then Found used needle in truck could’ve pricked me or my family and sent us to hospital and I am still waiting for u haul to fix the the situation by hopefully refunding me for an inadequate product. U-haul hasn’t even been able to apologize for what they have done to me. I’ve called customer service 5 times yesterday and was told by 3 people the area district manger would call me in a few minutes and he or she has refused too. This has been the worse experience I’ve had with any company ever
