Used this drop off location only for convenience. Had no interaction with personnel in person as it was dropped off after hours. I did however, receive a phone call from one of the ladies at that location, wanting to know where the handtruck was that I rented. I told her that my son put it in the back of the truck left-hand side laying down she said”it’s gone, not there.” I told her that he possibly might’ve left it in the garage and if it was there, I would drop it back off to the location within the hour. When I double checked with my son, he was emphatic 100% that he knew he put that handtruck back in the truck. When I called back to let her know that my son said he absolutely positively left it inside the truck that it should be there, her comment was “i I think we figured it out.” I would’ve expected common courtesy of her calling me back, letting me know. They figured it out instead of me having to call her back.
