Make sure off hour check in is available, particulary when the hours for this location are limited (does not open until 10 am). I arrived at 9:45 and completed online checkin but could not leave until after someone arrived to give me the key. The person who arrived was very friendly, but if I would have gotten there 30 minutes earlier, the wait would have been excessive to get the key.
James BThe people at the location were fine. The truck was clean, but the transmission was rough and several buttons were missing. I would not have been comfortable driving this truck on the highway or for a long distance. Fortunately I only needed to drive it for a few miles, so it worked for me.
