How U-Haul Reviews WorkI did not get her name, but whatever angel was working Friday on 9/11 at closing deserves a raise. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and I thought I would be able to go through the app. I didn’t get there until after business hours and was having issues getting the van. She was on her way out and saw me struggling and went back inside to help me get everything sorted out. She could have easily looked past us and started her weekend but she saved the day and was so kind the entire time. Give her a promotion.

yusufu mBooked a one way rental. Was not allowed. Had to return the van. Major inconvenience. And extra cost.
Eric CDriver's side door wouldn't fully close showing "Drivers Door Open" on the dashboard at all times and making it sound like my window was rolled down when it wasn't. Truck didn't have any USB ports so I couldn't charge my phone. Which I need that in advance so I could have brought a battery. Lesson learned. Other than that, the truck helped me get the job done!
