The lady who helped me was very nice. I returned the van after hours and instead of the charges being applied to my card, I was issued a bill I cannot get paid. I stopped by today and nobody was there. The charges have increased and I still don’t know how to pay. They sent a text and an email but all only go to the app which I don’t have. I’m frustrated and won’t use this location again.

LAURA AThe truck was a little beat up. The driver door wouldn't close completely and the driver's seat didn't move forward, making it difficult to drive.
