Agent kept me waiting for a long time, even I was waiting on lane like other customers, he skipped me and kept me waiting on side.
Xue SThis is a gas station location. It took a very long time to get through the process. If I had time to go to another location, I'd have cancelled my order. When I walked into the gas station, the attendant on duty told me there were no uhauls available for rent yet there were 6 trucks outside. I showed him my online order confirmation. He contacted someone on the phone, I assume the manager and/or owner. When he hang up he told me to come back after half an hour. I didn't have the luxury of that kind of time..... Overall, it was a nightmare to get through the process but I pressed on.

Troy MThis was a convenince store in a bad location. There was one person there and kept several of us for uhaul waiting because he was waiting on convenience store customers.
