No one walked us to the truck to make sure it was up to par. There was something sticky on the window obstructing the view of 80% of it. Windshield wipers and fluid wasn’t helping. We had troubles taking the key out the ignition, went back to ask them for help and the attendant looked irritated to do his job. When coming to return the truck no one wanted to come and walk it with us to make sure it was okay. When I called up there I couldn’t get anyone to answer. ( I called 4-5 times before driving up there to get a response) It was very frustrating because I didn’t choose this location to begin with. My original u-haul store was out of equipment and 3 hours before scheduled pickup they transferred me to this location. I would never use them again.

Very rude and unprofessional.. tank was not full and the trailer was locked couldn’t get in the back I had to call multiple time and they phone was disconnected
Deleisha BSpent 20 minutes trying to get key out of lock box and when we finally got it open there was no key in it and the guy said o I have it inside and he was even trying to unlock the lock box
Mark CRepresentative did not properly check equipment or gas meter. Gas was exactly the same as when I picked up the vehicle, but still got charged for 3 gallons at above market value despite the fact that the facility is in fact a gas station. Dangerous neighborhood, terrible customer service, and overcharged for improperly inspected equipment. I’m currently reporting fraud to my bank for the incorrect charges. Would love a contact from management but doubt that will happen.
Rita PThe truck I rented today at 1300 W Sugar Creek Rd had trash inside the cab, along with ashes and a strong smell of marijuana. It was completely unacceptable to drive a vehicle in that condition. The odor was overwhelming, got into my clothes, and made me feel sick.
