not having anyone available is kind of a nuisance I ended up calling the help desk, which is probably cost efficient, but i intentionally choose staffed locations I'm old and rent a couple times a year, I'd go to the staffed locations, that was not clear on the rental process
Paul AI showed up 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time on google and the Uhaul site but nobody was present and therefore I couldn't inquire about the leaky trailer.
ANDREW MI returned the key to the same box I took it out of. The app return didn’t tell me what to do with the key?? If it did, I missed it. Sorry! Hope that was correct.
TANYA BI’m not sure if this has anything to do with the actual site. But I always have trouble with Truck Share while picking up from there. I have to call UHaul and have them ‘update my reservation’ so that I’m able to pick up the truck. Not sure what’s happening but it only okays when I pick up from that location.
