Advised CS upon return that truck experienced high bumps in cab when accerelating no matter whether going 40 or 60 mph. Also while i didnt report this steering wheel gave look and feel of being bent.

The brakes were very squeaky, the ride rather bumpy but otherwise there was plenty of room. Would I use again? Most certainly!
Isaiah HI initially made the reservation for the Auburn Illinois pick up and drop off location. My reservation was confirmed only for me to receive a phone call 15 minutes later stating that I would have to drive 20 miles out of my way in the opposite direction that I was going to pick up in Springfield Illinois.. This was unacceptable. Why would I be allowed to make a reservation at a location and then be told I couldn’t? Definite flaw in your reservation system.. when I return the call the individual that I initially spoke with was anything but accommodating in fact, he was quite rude and I let him know that. After ending that call, I called back and got a more accommodating individual that found me a truck in Chatham Illinois a little closer than Springfield, but still out of my way.

Dennis BOnline booking allowed me to reserve an appliance dolly but location stated they never have them. Should not have been an option if it wasn’t going to be available. Because I was on limited timeframe, had to make do without, which was more difficult and very frustrating. That would be my only complaint.
