When I returned the uhaul vehicle the mileage was recorded as one quarter tank miles used but when information was recorded in the computer the miles were recorded as miles as one quarter tank returned. I returned the truck with three quarters of a tank as instructed on my rental agreement.I returned to the store but the person that enters uhaul information into the computer was already gone for the day. We tried to call him but he did not answer the phone. I sent him an email on Saturday 6/27 and he has not answered not has the $109.00 file change been removed. I have shown and sent pictures of the fuel gauge to prove what I have told them but still no answer.

The truck was not clean. I had to sweep out the back. And there was trash in the cab… an empty coke bottle, empty potato chip bag, and a bag of chewy lifesavers strewn all over with some of melted on the floor behind the drivers seat. Drink holders were not clean either.
