I would recommend this drop of location if you are located near it. However, we were not and UHAUL changed our drop off location and it was late at night and we were charged more. Just not a good way to do business. How an agent changed our location from Sparta to Mountain Lakes is beyond me.

AURELIA LI rent the truck in close location, they make me drive 35mn to pickup the truck in another location, the service is not good .
ROBERTSON AWhile I received several additional emails and Text trying to sell me more services. I did not receive any clear information or at least easily accessible that I could find about dropping off or returning my vehicle. Location was serviceable enough. I just wasn’t sure where I should leave the vehicle, was told to park outback but I guess I parked in the wrong lot outback, the mechanics try to help but didn’t speak English well. Again, do you guys when it comes to spamming additional services more content than anyone would ever want, but when it comes to simple instructions about how to pick up or return your vehicle lacking.
