Garage was typical and staff was friendly. The windshield wipers were in desperate need of replacement. It rained the majority of the time I had the rental and I could not see properly out of the windshield bc of how poorly the wipers were.

key battery low; ruined loading experience the locks were not working properly at all so someone had to always stay with van also i only odered hand cart - not blankets I filled tank and paid $65 i thought the tank was full when I picked up not a good experience with bad key fob
Regina CVery confusing location. Trailer drop off was through a maze of parking lots on the street behind the address location. When dropping off the trailer, no one was there to help get the trailer off my car. I had to find someone to help. When they did, I asked if there was any paper work or if I could get a receipt for the equipment drop off and they said "no, there is nothing. Just leave." I thought this was strange but took an image of the trailer at the drop off location. When I got home 4 hours later, I noticed a text message from U-Haul requesting an image of the equipment at the drop off location. however, the link in the text message didn't work (it said it was expired). the next day I went back to the original location where I picked up the trailer and they said the trailer was still not checked in at the drop off location. I assume everything is fine now, but someone should have at the VERY least told me what the drop off procedures were (ie take a picture) before I left with the trailer. As for the drop off location, I suggest you reconsider have this place as a representative of the U-Haul brand.

Nancy MThe people were trying to be helpful but the lot is so small and crowed with only a very narrow opening to the lot that it was quite difficult to park the trailer where they wanted it. In the end I did the best I could and told them to figure it out as there was no room.
