This is second time I did rent and they should have all my information already but the app ask me again for all my information and it take to many steps . It should be more easy and fast contract

Drop off was just handing the keys over as the garage was busy working on cars. They assured me the truck would be checked in. I did call Josh from pick up to make that procedure was ok. It should be N/A for clean and inviting response-it's a garage not an office location.
