The people were trying to be helpful but the lot is so small and crowed with only a very narrow opening to the lot that it was quite difficult to park the trailer where they wanted it. In the end I did the best I could and told them to figure it out as there was no room.

They overcharged me . They told me I could keep the truck bc they were closed Sunday and then charged me for Sunday . I would never recommend them
Mark CNot open on time - people at facility not helpful- they are mechanics for another business....pick-up done by remote person calling my phone and then instructing garage mechanics. BTW - WHEN DRIVING, IT STARTED TO RAIN VERY HARD - TURNED ON WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND THE WIPER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BLEW OFF - HAD TO DRIVE AND ENTIRE DAY WITH ONE WIPER. NOT IMPRESSED.
clark hThey are quite scammers and love to tell you that it will be $2 per mile and not 1.29 per mile. Why do I need to fight for what's written on the website. Please check the information before telling that to a customer because it feels like a scam - thankfully, it still goes through the u-haul system so they can't really do it. The equipment is new but is dirty inside. My check-in picture do show that very closely.
Artem BTough spot to get to. Missed the driveway after calling and asking if there was anything tricky about drop off. Frustrating.
