BRANDON WThe sign said open. The door was locked I dropped it off at 12:30 p.m. today Thursday. I saw nobody but the sign said open but the door was locked. I am so furious at the moment. I will not suggest using U-Haul. The past two or three times I have used U-Haul the driver's side door all two or three times I've rented from you all in the past few years the driver side door was never completely closed and I heard wind coming through the door.

KAPILKUMAR PThe location was great. The app/checkin process was tedious. Information could be requested ahead of time making pick up and drop off easier for the customer. Cell service was spotty at that location so it took more than 15 minutes to make it through the checkin process and as a single woman standing in an otherwise empty parking lot, that part of the UHAUL experience could have been better. Ask for license and some of the checking questions prior to pick up…
