This review is not just for Chelan, but more for Rent-All in Omak. We got a guaranteed confirmation for time and place, but their staff did not set up our pick up and we were switched to a different location more than an hour farther away less than 24 hours before the rental. Just awful experience all around there and utter failure. Because of this I will go Ryder, Penske or whatever next time around unless absolutely necessary to use Uhaul. While the location we finally got the truck from was accommodating, it was fairly difficult to work with the staff, also, most importantly, they put the wrong type of utility dolly in the truck that was basically useless for appliances (after we confirmed we needed the larger one)
