I returned a tow dolly here from another location. It had bad tires. I got them replaced at my expense then U-Haul reimbursed me later. Amanda at the Chelan location was very helpful in getting this resolved for me, thank you.

This location was not staffed when returning the truck. I was able to return the truck using the app however I was charged an additional $51 for "extra mileage" and since the location was not staffed, I was unable to review this with a live person. I don't know how the initial mileage was calculated on the rental agreement, but I went straight from picking up the Uhaul to the house, straight from the old house to the new house and then straight to dropping off the Uhaul. There was no excessive driving. That was pretty disappointing.

THOMAS NIts hit and miss if someone is there during business hours to help you. Cellular to self-check in a unit is challenging and their Wi-Fi is password protected.
