jill mIt was very hard to find coverage to access the app to be able to get the code and access the vehicle. I would suggest finding a way to provide clients with internet or to suggest them to call customer service from the top of the hill, uhaul customer service connected me with a location supervisor from Lynnwood, thats the only way I was able to pick up the vehicle but it was extremely difficult, it involved me driving back on site multiple times. All in all great service though and the girl that helped me was very kind and helpful and I greatly appreciate the help
