Randy B.I live in Chelan so the location was better than great. My husband dropped off the trailer and with my experience from the Spanaway location who helped me by a hitch and installed it for me and the Roy location who helped me put the trailer on I assured my husband who has a torn rotator cuff and a herniated disc in his back that they would help him take it off the truck. He described the gal there to me as a bitch who didn't offer to help and did not help when he asked. There were no other customers there and it was a 4x8 trailer.
maria J.Good customer service. Received a call regarding trailer that I had reserved saying it wasn't available because of customer not able to return it when it was due back. I was informed that I had other options and the rental worked out to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental.
