It was very hard to find coverage to access the app to be able to get the code and access the vehicle. I would suggest finding a way to provide clients with internet or to suggest them to call customer service from the top of the hill, uhaul customer service connected me with a location supervisor from Lynnwood, thats the only way I was able to pick up the vehicle but it was extremely difficult, it involved me driving back on site multiple times. All in all great service though and the girl that helped me was very kind and helpful and I greatly appreciate the help

Raymond RThe employee who handled this transaction made serious billing errors that resulted in a substantial overcharge. The final bill ignored the rates in my signed agreement, charged all mileage at a higher rate, and added a late fee. I should not have had to discover and fight to correct these charges afterward. U-Haul has refunded $50 and is working on correcting the remaining charges. I will continue pursuing this matter until the full overcharge has been refunded. This employee should not be handling customer contracts or billing without a formal review and additional training.
