I picked up the truck using my phone and did not have contact with any customer service people. However, the cell phone coverage in the area of Chelan Falls was pretty poor, so it took a while to get thorugh all the prompts, but it eventually worked.

Les LFirst two trailers has issues. Person working was a rude bitch. Told me if the owners son was there and so where I parked he would probably ‘ kick my ass , She the bitched at me for leaving the door open and letting that cat out. When I opened the door the cat shot out between my legs. Place is a dump. You have to park lengthwise across a public road to hitch up or Drop of a trailer. Think I am making this up? Act like a customer and go there. I will NEVER go there again and am telling the same to everyone I know. Penske is one town away.
monty pMy reservation was transferred from Wenatchee to this location in Chelan which is an hour away from my original reservation. That made my experience with UHaul very inconvenient and I don’t know if I can rely on UHaul for my future moving needs.
