Not much to improve really, but equipment "inventory" is only what has been recently dropped off. If the store is busy with customers, it could take a while to get processed and on the road.

Denis VEquipment extremely poorly maintained, no space in parking lot to maneuver vehicle, dealer Fraudulently charged my card after contract was completed and also was very rude and threatened me and claimed I was baned for life for raising concerns about new unexpected charges. Made mistakes on drop off location causing me to insure unnecessary costs traveling back and forth. Very uneducated and poorly managed dealer location. Shut them down and take away uhaul contract with this business.
