The attendant was absolutely no help. He had no idea what size of ball was required and we were left to shovel the trailer out of the snow by ourselves. Next time we will go to a different location.

The parking lot being very slippery should be addressed and sanded appropriately for our winters. My husband slipped, fell and hurt himself two times in the parking lot, once when picking up the truck and again after dropping it off. He luckily just missed hitting his head both times. It would've been a 5 star review otherwise.

KAYDEN SNot much to improve really, but equipment "inventory" is only what has been recently dropped off. If the store is busy with customers, it could take a while to get processed and on the road.
