Staff member was friendly. Smaller parking lot to leave moving truck as it is a convenience store. No other customers while we were there so quick drop off process.
Kasandra TThe clerk did not interact with information or instructions. He had us returning our rental to a location 1 hour away and not the one that I had chosen that 20 minutes away. The gentleman that was at my chosen location West Lorne was awesome and informative.
Elizabeth GThe attendant was absolutely no help. He had no idea what size of ball was required and we were left to shovel the trailer out of the snow by ourselves. Next time we will go to a different location.
Elaine LThe parking lot being very slippery should be addressed and sanded appropriately for our winters. My husband slipped, fell and hurt himself two times in the parking lot, once when picking up the truck and again after dropping it off. He luckily just missed hitting his head both times. It would've been a 5 star review otherwise.
