No direction or instructions where to leave the trailer, no inspection of the trailer and the person showed no ambition to even come outside and approve the drop off. Very poor rating.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWere picked up worker. Didn't. Even come out to help hoo up or take pictures of any damage or licence plates .. Were I droped of they were so helpful.
Cruden JExactly the equipment i needed, Picked up at the absolute closest location to my home. Zero hassel, 30second drop off. Will be back.
Adam PStaff member was friendly. Smaller parking lot to leave moving truck as it is a convenience store. No other customers while we were there so quick drop off process.
Kasandra TThe clerk did not interact with information or instructions. He had us returning our rental to a location 1 hour away and not the one that I had chosen that 20 minutes away. The gentleman that was at my chosen location West Lorne was awesome and informative.
