Systems down no one could help me told would email info. When I went to return truck bus was closed. No one went over anything with me!

When I arrived there was a closed sign on the door and a girl was inside cleaning,after walking around outside the girl came out and asked if she could help me.After some mixed words and confusion she entered my request,although I had already placed a reservation.They had zero necessary equipment like hitch ball and adaptor for wiring.Upon returning from Walmart I had to assume I chose the right trailer and hook it up myself,which was quite a chore because I am partially disabled.
JAMES HI arrived at the drop off location at 2:00pm. It had a closed sign on the door which seemed odd, but there was a person inside who came out finally and took my keys saying I would receive an email receipt once they looked over the truck. I received an email receipt around 4:00pm and it stated that the truck was dropped off at 3:50pm which isn't correct and that was 4 minutes after my 48 hr allowable time. The fortunately did not charge me anything additional, but it did concern me. I would recommend this location only because it's very close to my house.
GLEN TIt would be nice to find 1 UHaul location in the entire continental US that will actually remember to provide the equipment ordered when picking up outside of the locations’ operating hours.
BRAYDEN CMy reservation was poorly managed by U-Haul. They could not find it in your system but made it happen anyway. The pick up location changed three times. They went over and above expectations to take care of me.
