My reservation was poorly managed by U-Haul. They could not find it in your system but made it happen anyway. The pick up location changed three times. They went over and above expectations to take care of me.

The location says they open at 9:00 AM, but now arrived until almost 9:30 and that was only after I texted them. There was no additional equipment available- I did not get the furniture dollies I reserved . They are trying charge me a cleaning fee even though we swept out the truck.
