My suggestion would be to have someone else there to help customers. We had to wait quite a bit to get our truck, but the person there did extend our return time. Having earlier hours would be helpful as well. Our branch opened at 9.

TIME TO CHECK OUT TRAILER: Computer system was down and the manager had to use his cell phone to process the requests which took far longer than it should have. There were several people ahead of me and total wait to be served was over an hour.

I had a awful experience with U-haul. I was to pick a auto transport from B and D got there the man wasn’t there(Bobby) told me that U-haul knwe that he wouldn’t be there. After several calls back the had the manager of that district call (Kevin) he was no help either so by the endnof my day I am frustrated and tired.That was the worst experience I ever had.Was told I would get a50$ gifts card I hope so cause I lost time frim my job

This location seems to be the worst possible place to do any type of business. I was supposed to pickup my UHAUL here and they called and said the guy was sick. So they sent me to another location to pick it up and said I can still drop it off here when I'm done. When I came to drop it off the office was closed so I left it in the drop box only to see $400 charge to my credit card bc they said I should have dropped it off at the other location which is not what they originally told me. So I called customer service and they were extremely rude and didn't want to help. So I have now paid $650. I'm pretty sure they aren't going to help me since they haven't been helpful up until now. I would never recommend anyone to use UHAUL in the future.

I had no problem, of course, dropping off the truck after hours. It was promptly logged in. BUT, I have never been able to find anyone in the office when I've gone by (it's 4 miles from my new house, so I go by pretty often). I wanted to rent a couple of storage units, but never got anyone to answer the phone either, and because I don't get a good signal at my house, if they returned a call, I didn't get it. I had to get my units elsewhere, which was a shame because this location was so close. :( I was disappointed.

This location was very unorganized. There was only one man there to help everyone that came into the building for assistance. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone. I wish I would have driven to another location.

So this location was also closed when I arrived to drop off my truck - it stated online that it would be open, however it wasn't really a problem as I just left the truck there, and put the keys in the lock box

Every time I go here the owner is nowhere around.. The last time I was here I was getting back in my car after waiting around in the unlocked and unattended building for ~10 minutes, only to see him walking over from his house (which is on the same property). Not sure how someone can be at home instead of on the job in a franchise like this

I was MORE THAN SATISFIED with the service and truck. The manager at Highway 280 Chelsea AL went out of his way to accommodate and set up my needs for the truck I needed. When I turned it in in Wyandotte MI- the man was very accurate and courteous. Would I use UHaul again- ABSOLUTELY!!
