The customer service rep that I spoke to for dropping off the trailer was so WONDERFUL! She had patience with me (technology wasn't being my friend) and stayed on the line, didn't make me feel rushed (helped keep me calm) and knew what she was doing! What a wonderful customer service experience - I can't say enough wonderful things about our rep we talked with.

Uhaul changed my drop off location without telling me, and wanted me to call when on the way, to tell me where to drop off. What is that. Very sketchy. I just dropped off at the agreed upon location, and it is not the locations fault, so i didn't want to hurt their review because of it.
Adam DLady wanted to help but had no idea how the key drop off process worked. I read the instructions, but using the U-Haul instructions proved fruitless as the site could not determine my location on the phone even after allowing location on the app.
STEPHEN WEasy drop off and Jason was very easy to deal with.
