More cleanliness and organization of the Uhaul equipment/rental area. It’s all overgrown grass and could easily be put together with more care and flow within the space available on the property.

Doug RThere were no moving blankets in the truck, and no one there to fix this. Store was closed until noon, and I had to get moving. I picked up truck at 9 am.

MARK HThe vehicle was fine. The rental process was horrible! I tried to extend my rental for a half hour and that was successful. Then we hit a traffic jam which delayed us and I called Uhaul to get another half hour rental. I was to return the vehicle at 5:00 and we returned it at 6:00. It is unfair to charge the crazy amount you did for an extra hour! I tried calling twice to speak with someone in customer service to help us. neither could help and I could hardly understand the Second Lady I spoke to. You should not have employees who you cannot understand working in customer service. Lastly, I was told some one from uhaul is calling me tomorrow, October 21st. I have never rented from uhaul and I am so disappointed with my experience. I feel like Uhaul takes advantage of their customers that get delayed in the return. There has got to be a more reasonable way to handle this. Gouging prices for unexpected delays is HORRIBLE. I will not recommend Uhaul to any one ! Everything is online and when you do call to get help no one can help!!!!!!!!!
