Very easy and quick process! I did a mobile pick up outside of business hours and it was easy. Uhual never asked for additional verification or called the 2nd person contact which was nice and made the process go quicker.

JOAN MI dropped off, he did not check in when I dropped off at 4:30pm Late in the afternoon the next day, uhaul called me asking why I had not dropped off the truck when I had 24hrs earlier. He was just being lazy at drop off
