They charged us for gas, we provided a picture to customer service proving we had filled the tank beyond the level needed. We were also tols it had a certain amountnof gas filled but when we got in the truck at pickup m, it was not filled to the line they stated.
SHILLAN BRatcheting hardware was rusted and difficult to use perhaps dangerous.
DAVID Tthere was not windshield washer fluid in the tank so I had to purchase some myself and then the driver's side fluid port didn't work so I had a hard time seeing while I drove
