I was very late getting to my pick up time, they called and asked how much longer I’d be because they closed at 5. I said I’m 20 minutes away and he offered me the 24/7 mobile check in, in which I agreed. I got there approximately 40 minutes late due to traffic and they had stayed open for me. They had the vehicle not only ready but had turned it on and had it cooled down inside (it was an 87 degree day). Had the paperwork ready for me and off I went! Highly recommend this location and this crew, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you very much Chesterfield Macomb U-Haul! You made my very stressful day end on a very peaceful way. Thank you again!
