She was outside before we parked and went over the rental with us and we were out of there in a short time. She was really nice!

Nothing, Rhonda at the Uhual location I went to was the absolute best and very helpful
GARRETT VThey didn’t have the truck I reserved, gave me a different one-piece of junk! The mirror was duct-tapped on. The next day I was accused of damaging the truck, which I didn’t. And then I was charged for more miles than agreed. The U-Haul person is a crook and same on you for having junky equipment!
