Office staff was not there at 11am even though the sign said be back at 10am. Talked to staff on phone was supposed to get a call with code so I could get uhaul n leave. Waited almost an hour with no call. Appointment was for 10:30am did not get one until after 12. Once I got it, it was a mess not cleaned at all was told by staff "dont worry about sweeping it out we dont care if they are clean or dirty. Staff did not do a walk around with me before leaving. Actually was the poorest service I have ever dealt with definitely will never go back to that spot nor will I recommend it to anyone. I in fact will turn people away from that location and put social media posts of how bad the service and not to use that location
