First and last of all I was charged for something that wasn’t even available. This place was empty no keys no nothing, now U-Haul wants to say that I’ll get a refund when the manager from this abandoned looking place reaches out to me. Like tf I’m using ur service and u can’t even issue a refund when I didn’t even used your vehicle matter of fact I had to go get another truck to another location. Smh

Customer service terrible
Porsche KWe had a lot of trouble finding both where the truck should be dropped, and where the key box was since they weren’t near each other.
KEVIN AThe mobile lock to get the keys was extremely difficult to open even with the code. The moving blankets and dolly’s were not in the truck as rented. I drove a total of 11 miles and was charged $60 for a gas surcharge. I would not recommend using this location.
Scott HI arrived at facility and didn’t get assistance till 30/40 min after I also got charged for a 15inch truck and I picked a 10 inch……the person apologized but it pl put me behind and was just unprofessional.
