When I came no one was there, I called the number on rhe door that told me he will be there in 15 minutes but it took them almost an hour and there was nowhere for me to wait around.

None was there to receive call or help anyway
Akm SThere was no clear contact person. The location was closed and I had to call support to get a different vehicle which delayed my pickup by an hour at least almost 2 hours.
Malcolm WThe pick up location is more than a block away from the location indicated on the address. Moreover, there was no instruction about this until I called U-Haul. The physical location has a phone number to call, but that phone number is never answered. It took quite some time to get a hold of the physical pick up location Truck itself had a maintenance light, which was an issue because I could not get a clear odometer reading
