The pick up location is more than a block away from the location indicated on the address. Moreover, there was no instruction about this until I called U-Haul. The physical location has a phone number to call, but that phone number is never answered. It took quite some time to get a hold of the physical pick up location Truck itself had a maintenance light, which was an issue because I could not get a clear odometer reading

This place was empty no keys no nothing, now U-Haul wants to say that I’ll get a refund when the manager from this abandoned looking place reaches out to me. Like tf I’m using ur service and u can’t even issue a refund when I didn’t even used your vehicle matter of fact I had to go get another truck to another location. Smh
