The vehilcle was completely filthy on pick up both the front and back trailer. I didnt even feel comfortable sitting down some of my items due to mud and dirt. I picked up right before a rainstorm, so I was in a rush, once I got to my destination, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the van.

Excellent customer service. Nothing
LISA JThe office clerk at the U-Haul on 8737 S Ashland told me at 10:15 am during truck pickup that the 9 hours I needed the truck was beyond their hours of operation. He stated that the keys must be returned to the hand of an employee, the truck must be behind the gate, and that they were open to 7 pm. That meant we could return the truck if we got back to the office before 7pm, which we did, and arrived to find a closed office at 6:30 pm. This was infuriating as it meant we had to be back in the area to return the truck the next day. I believe the clerk misspoke the closing time by accident, but he refused to admit when I told him about it. He said it’s something he would never do, but yet I heard it plain and clear. This is an opportunity for him to learn people sometimes misspeak and may not be aware of it. But when telling customers time limits and such, HE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT WE GO BY WHAT HE SAYS. I got the closing time of 7 pm from him because he misspoke after calculating what was 9 hours from when I showed up. He said 7 pm to me. Own it.
