I had difficulty with uploading my photo and license, the process was frustrating because the site kept timing me out to quickly. The leasing agents should have the capability to scan documents.

The ba k tire had a hole slashed in it. The second tire is what was holding it up !!! We did not use the express way at all. The. Clerk at the desk indicated she did not have any available trucks so we took that one. No issues with it tho. The truck had some scrap marks 😳 too. Other than that things went well.
