The keys was accidentally locked in the truck and when I went back to the location I rented the truck they had no spare key and after me purchasing full coverage insurance and called roadside assistance and they wanted to charge me $200 dollars to get the keys out the truck. You guys should never put the customer in that kind of position and inconvenience because you guys don't have spare keys to provide in these case l. Same on you and will never rent from you again

RAYMOND SThank you for helping me.
Rhychell BThe truck was nasty. The attendant did sweep the back out and I gave her trash out the front of the truck. Before leaving she did ask if I wanted a wipe to wipe it down, but I didn’t have time for that! So after getting moving we discovered a dirty diaper behind the seat. The truck smelled horrible. VERY NASTY
Quianna CI don't understand why I wasn't giving credit or a refund when I put extra gas in the truck. Other than that, I'm okay.
