Truck had no gas and was filthy. Lock box was full of spider webs. Worst experience with uhaul ever!
STEPHANIE OWhen I started to pack the rental truck I realized that the lock on the truck was broken. A welder had to come out at 12:00 midnight to fix the truck also the site mirror on the truck on the passenger side did not work it was broken as well (No, that was not repaired). I have rented from here numerous times; however, thats the very first time that had a problem. The truck was an absoluter Thank you but let me say the personnel there is superb Thank you
Shirley WThe vehilcle was completely filthy on pick up both the front and back trailer. I didnt even feel comfortable sitting down some of my items due to mud and dirt. I picked up right before a rainstorm, so I was in a rush, once I got to my destination, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the van.
