Order a truck two weeks before moving date so were ready then they called saying they didnt have my truck the day before and saying to go to another uhaul .. went to other uhaul they dont have it called and nother uhaul they didnt have it .. made me to go 4 different uhauls and tryed charging me the same price for a local !!!!!!!

The rental Van was the nastiest vehicle I have rented in my life time. Had I not already paid for movers I would have declined the van. Also, I do not like to have my drivers license copied. This was a first for me. The service person seemed pleasant and unresponsive when I told him the condition of the van.

Get rid of the rats. They ate my stuff, had babies on it/in it, etc. There was a problem with consistent hours which improved with new staff members. Exterminating for preventative measures would most definitely help this facility, and no I will never rent from or recommend due to pests. I didnt want to bring into my house ANY uninvited guests.

1. Reservation scheduled fir 2:15, recd call at 1:28 pm that van wouldnt be ready unti 3:30 pm. 2. Van was filthy (inside and outside). 3. Paperwork said gas was 5/8th full. It was at 1/2 tank. When i xalled to tell the agent...oh well! Horrible experience!!

I returned truck at 1230 am and placed keys in drop box. My receipt stated my return at 954 am, and I was charged an addition day for truck and insurance. Employee responsible for recording time of drop off knew the truck was there when they opened on 7/8/2018 but failed to put proper time on return of truck. This caused me to be billed for 2 day rental. Tried numerous times to clear this issue up but no one returns my call or answer my emails

I was not very happy with the rental truck that I had the truck was not clean the windshields were dirty on the inside and outside which made it hard to see as I was driving the truck also had a check engine light on it was on when I pick up the truck I let the U-Haul person know they said they knew about it and they sent me out in the truck anyway I was worried and concerned all the time I had the truck driving it didn't know if it's going to stop working on me or what so I was not very happy with that not very pleased at all my Construction Company rents trucks from you guys a lot but this is one of the times was not very happy with the service over the equipment

I was scheduled for a 9:30am pickup. The store personnel did not show up until 9:50am to open the location. There was no apology for being late, and the young lady decided to put on vulgar rap music instead of answering questions politely after arriving late to customers standing outside the location. There needs to be training on how to customer service should be implemented. An apology goes a long way, when the company providing the service is in the wrong. It is bad enough that this location opens so late on a Saturday( 9:30am), the busiest moving day of the week and closes at 5pm is really odd. In any instance the staff this past Saturday morning did not even once acknowledge customers who were waiting outside for over 30 minutes and to stroll in and put on vulgar music was totally unacceptable. Had I not been pressed for time I would have taken my business and money elsewhere.
