Nothing, today was the first time I ever rented a Uhaul, the guy who helped me with the glasses, wish i could have got his name, he was very professional and he made everything very understandable when explaining the process, great customer service ??
I gave it a good rating because the people I encountered really tried to assist in the rental. First the system froze and he couldn't get into the uhaul system. We eventually after 30 minutes waiting decided to try to finalize the rental through my phone which I had to chat with a rep to get her to put it through which inturn push my time back for usage. So as the time approached for return I telephoned and spoke to a rep and she gave me the time needed that was lost to return the vehicle. So I it was greatly appreciated for correcting the problem quickly through the pooring down rain of the return. Thanks again.
This was my 1st time renting a Uhaul, and I received great service from the sale associate on duty.
I reserve my 17' truck for May ninth. I was given the time of Nine O clock. I am always early so I get there at 8:30 am. The doors didn't open to 9:30 am. I downloaded my license, etc. online. I had to give three phone numbers of random people as a contact. You said that I would have 6 hours. II get our around 10 am. I was told I had to be back at 3 pm. I had to leave half of the items to make it back on time. Now I have to make about 6 trips with my pick up truck. Not satisfied.
I was charged even tho I didn't use the rental and that came from u haul, the location was 5 stars but I'm disgusted with u haul management that didn't care
Closed earlier than advertised, I had to jump thru a bunch of hoops because they were closed earlier than advertised. I called 30 minutes before I arrived to make sure I could turn the vehicle in. I was waiting on a callback for 1.5 before I just gave up. The manager is not friendly. Horrible. Never again.
Service the truck. Transmission may be going, and front end need work. Other than that ttuck was clean inside. Very well kept.
Be more clear about letting customer know that no money paid would be refunded. You have to make sure the customer really hears and understand you. In my mind I thought I understood that the insurance charged would be refunded once I showed proof of renter's insurance. Also, I ordered dollies that I thought my movers would need, but it turned out that they didn't. I just assumed that those fees would be refunded since you could readily tell they had not been used. I wasn't too happy about throwing away $41 that I could have used for someone given the fact that I have not been working for 2 weeks without pay. The one saving grace is that I really appreciate the attitude of the young gentleman that waits on me most time come in the store or call on the phone. Good customer service is a lost art, so I do appreciate it when I encounter it. I hope he is treated well for his contribution to the success of your facility. Thanks, Joyce A. Young

Continue to have trucks available. The lady that waited on us was very nice and professional.
The employees at this location were extremely nice and helpful. I had an anxiety filled morning up to then, due to my experience with an unhelpful area manager who woke me up at 7am to explain to me my reservation had to be moved. Then going to the NEW location for them to tell me my reservation had been cancelled. Luckily I was able to get to THIS LOCATION, it was furthest from my house, but at least I was able to get to my belongings before my movers arrived at Noon.

I made an online reservation for this location, but this location didnt have it. Luckily they had a truck available.
Stop over charging people that's why I took pictures of how much gas was in there
â€œU store itâ€ was great and the clerk was so kind and helpful. However, on Uhaul's part, they should have notified me that the location has to approve a reservation. I was there at 8 am because I reserved the truck for 8 am, but never got any indication that the location had to approve the reservation, which meant I had to wait 1.5 hours until the location opened.
I really don't have nothing to add, everything was to my satisfaction
Guest services Representative was very rude and disrespectful it was supposed to open at 10 he wasn't there until after 11 doors was locked when I asked about it he began to yell at me and than I said let's just get this taken care of so I can get out your hair he turned the radio on loud over me so he could not hear me speak
