CAROL KI was advised that if I didnt go over 30 miles, I wouldn't be charged the 1.49/mile so I made a point to bring back the van under the 30 miles. I was not able to get everything that I had to do done because of this. They shouldn't tell you this if you are going to be charged regardless.
