Make sure the charges are clear on how much u will be charge per day n make sure u include the miles cuz i left more gas in the truck then when I got it and I got charged 80 more dollars for one more day and I talk to customer service an they said it was only 25 dollars so how u get 25 to 80 dollars then i came to pay n the guy said i was good to go now i have to pay more
QUAISHON JThe car wash worker tried to give us a truck that we did not reserve. The transaction had to be completed on the car wash workers cell phone with someone that had a screaming child in the background. When we finally got the right truck the engine light was on and there was less than a quarter tank of gas.
ALLYSON JThe door to the Back trailer kept getting jammed it was hard opening it but the customer service was great and they were good people also it wasn't that clean inside of the cab
neVon rMy keys weren’t in the box at time of pick up I didn’t receive them until an hr later the person arrived late so the U-Haul customers were all outside waiting to retrieve keys . No more 3rd party
