I made a reservation to pick up a truck at 7:30...got there at 7:20 and went through their questions etc..after I was sent the code to get the key for my truck. It took 36mims the lock never opened..made a call to 1800Uhual and got someone to help me..she gave me a different truck to use..After my moving..I found out that U'Hual had charged me for 2 equipment use..I want my refund back asap..
