The on-line drop off directions are difficult to follow because drop off site was not open on Sat. Afternoon. Had to call main office in Concord. They were helpful.

Michael CThere was chocolate drink on the steering wheel, a little sticky and looks like someone had their hands wet in juice when they operated the radio and even the cupholders need to be cleaned with wipes. But the interior flooring and all was vacuumed.
