I thought it would be a lil cheaper because I returned it on full and did not keep it the whole time. Plus I did not use over 20 miles
felicia EThe issue was having one rate for the rental based on the reservation and being charged a much higher rate at the time of service. Was this a bait and switch and intentional or a breakdown in corporate communication to the operating agent?
