N/A on the personnel because it was after hours The comment I would like to leave, however is the app is very helpful and walk me through how to leave the U-Haul in the keys after hours. The only critique I would give on the app would be to have a spot at the beginning, assisting the person returning The truck. It took me a minute to realize I had to sign in first overall it was a very smooth transition.

Trisa G1. I asked for 50 extra miles. Was given a truck leaking gas found out while filling after leaving. Returned to get another truck. 2. 2nd trucks ac stopped working on the way to lawton. Im very dissatisfied. 3. At drop off I was charged extra 146.00 I think this should be refunded if for nothing else, malfunctioning equipment.
